Meditation benefits for young people!

Before I started this wonderful meditation, I couldn’t focus on anything.

I would normally run around the classroom and drive the teacher “nuts”.

Also, I am particularly not so good at maths, which causes a lot of stress for me.

My mom found out about this meditation and started first. She felt a lot of changes as she meditated and so, she took me to the meditation and I started from there.

After starting the meditation, I felt so refreshed ,calm and relaxed. Now, I don’t have to be scared of maths anymore. I can now concentrate more on what I am doing and I no longer run around in the classroom like a wild animal. Thank you!
