Q: How did you start this meditation?
Before beginning this meditation, I had tried so many different courses and paths to a better life, but I did not see any significant results.
By chance, I stumbled upon this meditation and I thought I would give it a try. Then, as I meditated following the method, there was something that really started to crystallise within my mind.
Q: What changes and benefits have you experienced so far?
The significant thing for me is that I found what I came to understand was the Truth and although I still have a lot of work to do, knowing that I am on the right path gives me a great relief.
A lot of burdens in my mind have disappeared. Also, as my perspective changed, I could deal with difficult situations much better. Being able to see things from a larger perspective helped me to have a greater understanding about myself and others.
I have now reached a point where I don’t engage in “pointless mental exercises” any more and this is liberating.
Q: What would you like to say to people who are thinking of starting this meditation?
For anyone who would like to study this meditation, my advice would be to have patience and try to practice the meditation with sincerity.
You will soon discover not to be caught up in being judgemental and having false expectations about what this meditation should be or will do. You need to continue to follow this method.
In the end, I know it will far exceed your expectations. It is really beautiful and I am very grateful for everything.

For me this Meditation is my life’s purpose and my everything.
