1. What made you become interested in meditation?
I was looking for a way to leave my current life experiences in this existence so I could move into death without holding onto past pains. If reincarnation is real I want to hopefully move onto my next lesson without having to repeat this lesson over.
2. So far, how has your experience been? What kind of benefits have you noticed?
I’ve really enjoyed the meditation so far! Sometimes I struggle maintaining a practice but I could understand the process behind this meditation and feel the benefits of discarding the pictures in my mind.
I found I am sleeping better and my thoughts are clearer. I haven’t abandoned all negative thoughts but in the past a thought pattern could last two to three days but now I can recognise what it is and discard the thought almost immediately.
3. I know you are very busy with your work. But you have been very diligent with meditation. What would be your advice, especially to people who say they don’t have time?
For me I have to make sure I do the practice before I go home so the 1pm online sessions were really helpful during lockdown.
Now I make sure I go to the Sydney centre on my way home and do an hour practice.
4. Anything else you would like to add?
I’m really excited to continue onto Level 3.
After the obvious benefits I’ve received from completing the first 2 levels I can’t wait to see what lies ahead!
